Wildflowers honey : Wildflowers honey belongs to the flower honey types. It is produced from the nectar of flowers and is collected from a variety of wild flowers and is collected from a variety of wild flowers such as paliurus, clover, linden and many more flowers from various parts of Greece. It is a quality honey with a bright and clear colour, harmoniously sweet taste and delicate body. A balanced bouquet of flavours and aromas. Enjoy it with pancakes, donuts, cheese, in salad dressings, on a slice of fresh bread with butter.

Orange and flowers honey : Belongs to the flower honey types, it is collected from the orange groves of Epirus in Greece and specifically from the area of Arta. It has a delicate aroma, golden colour and pleasant taste that conquers all palates. Enjoy it with a creamy greek yoghurt, in a cup of tea, in salad dressings, on a warm slice of bread, with nuts or in a fruit salad.

Thyme and flowers honey : It belongs to the flower honey types and is collected from the island of Lefkada where the flora is dense. This means that it is a delicious natural mix of thyme nectar with other flowers nectar of the area, giving a honey with an amber colour, pleasant taste and mild peppery aftertaste. Enjoy it with hard cheeses and nuts, cereals, tahini or in a fruit salad - just enjoy it in all ways !

Oak tree and forest honey : It is honeydew honey and it is collected from the virgin oak forests of the Meteora - a region which has been designated as an "UNESCO World Heritage Site". It has a dark black colour, thick body and a special caramel taste with woody top notes. Enjoy it simply on a slice of bread or just have a spoon, to get all the polyphenols and antioxydants that dark honey offers.

This honey usually crystallises but it does not alter its taste qualities. To decrystallize it simply place the jar in hot water until the honey becomes smooth again.
